You created an account on goLance, landed a few gigs and your goWallet has a nice paycheck waiting for you. There’s no rush on withdrawing money, but rent is due in a week so it doesn’t hurt to take out a little cash now. Great. Today we’re going to review how to withdraw and add money on goLance.

How To Add Or Withdraw Money On goLance

STEP 1:

Jump on goLance and select, “Finances.”

STEP 2:

In order to withdraw or deposit funds, you will need to add at least one payment method for both actions (If you already have this configured please skip to Step 5, if not, please keep reading).

After you select Finances, look to the left of your screen and select, “Payment Methods.”

A screen will appear showing you which types of payment methods you currently have configured on goLance. You will also notice two buttons asking you if you want to add more payment methods. Select the one that matches your needs.

STEP 3:

If you select “Deposit” you will see:

  • Credit Card Option
  • PayPal Option (Note: PayPal on goLance is available on a limited basis. If you would like to use PayPal on goLance, please contact customer service through our live chat and we will check if it can be added to your account.)
  • Bank Account Option (Note: The Bank Icon is for Transpay. Depending on your location you may not see this option.)

Deposit

If you select “Withdraw” you will see:

  • Payoneer Option
  • PayPal Option (Note: PayPal on goLance is available on a limited basis. If you would like to use PayPal on goLance, please contact customer service through our live chat and we will check if it can be added to your account.)
  • Bank Option (Note: The Bank Icon is for Transpay. Depending on your location you may not see this option.)

Withdraw

STEP 4:

After your payment method is complete go back to Finances.

  • When you click into Finances this will lead you to your goWallet (1).
  • Select whether you want to Deposit (2) or Withdraw (3) Funds.

If you selected “Deposit” the next steps are:

Note: The below screenshot is what it will look like if you DO NOT have a payment deposit method configured. Please go back to Step 3 to learn how to set that up. You will NOT be able to deposit or withdraw funds until this is properly configured.

You will enter the amount (1) and select “Preview and deposit” (2).

If you selected “Withdraw” the next steps are:

  1. Select the payment method.
  2. Select the amount you want to withdraw. Keep in mind the amount must equal or be less than the Available Balance.
  3. Preview and withdraw the amount.

  • This depends on the withdrawal method you select, the norm is 3 Business Days.

B. I can’t withdraw or deposit money what’s the problem?

  • Please make sure you have configured your withdrawal and / or deposit method. You will need these configured in order to send and/or take out funds.

C. I want to send someone a bonus, how do I do that?

E. Why don’t I see the Bank Icon?

  • The Bank icon is used for Transpay. Depending on your location you may not have access to this.
